I went to the dentist and was surprised to find that I had no cavities at all! The spots turned out to be stains that had sunk into glue residing on the back of my teeth. I'm very happy to still be completely cavity free. The down side to getting good news though is that the world deals with give and take. I drove off from the dentist feeling anxious (I hadn't eaten all day) and relieved and went 34 through a 25 school zone, was stopped, and then ticketed the hell out of. I wonder, if I had left the dentist office knowing that I had 3 or 4 cavities, would I have been feeling sullen and defeated? Would I have lost my appetite and lagged behind the average flow of traffic? I'm almost inclined to say yes.

Harry Potter

I was at work today pushing a credit card through the machine when I noticed this little old lady had been starring dead center at me for the past minute. It was a little weird. She finally blurt out "You look just like my grandson!" After a short period of time she added, "My grandson looks just like that young boy who plays Harry Potter!" I remained quiet and confused even after she finnally sumerized her logic with "You look just like Harry Potter!"

I found out something today. Despite the fact that do not live necessarily close to campus, it is in fact quicker to commute between campus and my apartment on foot rather than use the bus system. Oh blessed technology! How you have improved our lives!

This just in, I will be postponing my readmission to A&M so that I can further pursue my passion, I do not believe that is too strong a word, for integration with freshman, sophomores and other dumb people who fail at college in the festive atmosphere of a junior college!

resolutesion

I made it a New Years Resolution to update this blog once a day with at least some quick quirks. But I haven't been on that so much. What do I do to fix the problem? Cheat!! I've really only updated it once every couple of days. That makes me have to think back though, and I don't remember what I did on the 10th. I think I just played Spore all day. Hmmm. Here's to New Years Resolutions! Make them work as best you can!

Snore

Apparently it still snows in Animal Crossing January. I hope my kids don't complain as much as these Snowmen! Sheesh!

Spores

Spore could be one of the most addicting games I've played in a long time. Make crazy creatures? Guide them through life times? Share the universe with creatures your friends create? I wonder when sim games become recognized as a psychological condition.
